As someone from Britain it’s incredibly difficult not to compare Fuji Rock with Glastonbury Festival. But other than the scale, the most striking difference when you arrive is the scenery. Naeba is truly beautiful. The ski lift that takes you high into the mountains (where, if you’re early enough you get to do Japanese "radio morning exercises") shows you just what a stunning site the festival has.
So in one morning you can go from a view of tents to a views of lakes and trees.
