It looks like a medicine chest that belonged to a Japanese soldier.
Attics are places that people usually don’t visit because attics are full of dust. But, what you don’t know is that attics usually have treasures hiding in them. Things that may have been forgotten and things that are a piece of history. One of Reddit’s user had explored his grandfather’s attic only to find… a medical chest.
There was writing on top and different parts of the chest.
When it was opened, you can see how everything is still in it’s place.
Another part of the chest that has writing on it.
When you lift up the panel, you can see all sorts of medicine and even equipment.
The obvious medicines were antibiotics, some anti-malaria medicine and there were other items that were unknown.
Since it was a piece of history, he wanted to be extra careful with them.
These medicines are 101% expired.
You can see how old the label is by the stains on them.
That was no doubt a very interesting find. If your parent’s house or grandparent’s house have an attic, why not check it out and see if you can find something interesting that’s a piece of history.
