whitesnake_The British rock band Whitesnake prepared a new album called “Made in Japan”, that contains hits, outtakes, and rare acoustic versions of famous songs. The album will present a show that was performed on October 11, 2011 at the Loud Park Festival, Saitama Super Arena, in Japan.

Due to the numerous requests from fans, the band announced that the show will be packaged in its entirety. Until now, fans could only see or hear highlights on Japanese TV channels.

Among the highlights on the track list are full versions of hits like ‘Still of the Night’ and ‘Here I Go Again,’ and acoustic versions of four songs, including ‘One of These Days’ and ‘Tell Me How’ recorded during soundchecks at different Japanese venues, the international press reports.

During the show at the Loud Park Festival, only three songs were aired.

The live CD/DVD will be available starting with April 23.

Whitesnake will begin the Year of the Snake Tour in Japan in May. Then the band will continue its tour in Europe, with dates scheduled through June.
